Real estate affects almost every other area of the law.  Butson Law has experience in a wide variety of real estate law, including property transfers subject to sale, transfer via the probate process, and as part of transfer into a trust.

Attorney Anna Butson has experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including working with HOAs and COAs, property assessment appeals in Allegheny County at the BPAAR and BOV levels, drafting loan documents for small real estate investors and a local bank, and real estate closings.  In the past, Anna has been an approved attorney for a national title insurance company.
